HR Advisor – Maternity Cover
Join our HR Shared Services team for a 9-month maternity cover and play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support across the business.
What you would do as our HR Advisor
Reporting to the Head of HR – Operations & Commercial, you will:
1. Provide generalist HR advice and support across all employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, absence management, performance, training, and leaver processes.
2. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement of policies and processes.
3. Use workforce analytics to enhance processes and employee experience.
4. Support change management initiatives, including organisational restructuring.
5. Maintain compliance with legislation and ensure accurate documentation and system updates.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
6. Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
7. CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (preferred).
8. Experience in a large, complex organisation is advantageous.
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
10. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.
