Our client is a leading provider of solutions to the pharmacy sector and is looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to support and grow an established customer base across the UK.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of pharmacy customers, building long-term relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
Acting as a trusted partner, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, maximise the value of existing solutions, and support their ongoing business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of pharmacy accounts
* Drive customer retention and maximise account value
* Identify and deliver upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Conduct regular account reviews and business discussions
* Ensure customers are fully engaged and achieving value from the company's solutions
* Resolve customer issues and coordinate support where required
* Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM records
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
About
* Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management
* Experience working with pharmacy customers or within the healthcare sector
* Strong track record of retaining customers and growing account revenue
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities
* Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
