GSL Education are seeking an inspiring and reflective Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join a welcoming school in the S35 area of Sheffield. As an RE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that encourage critical thinking, respectful debate, and an appreciation of diverse beliefs and cultures. Main Duties: Plan and deliver high-quality Religious Education lessons across key stages. Promote open-minded discussion in a safe and respectful classroom environment. Assess and monitor pupil progress in line with curriculum expectations. Contribute to Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural (SMSC) development and whole-school values. Support the wider life of the school community. Essential Requirements of RE Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Religious Education in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality and diversity.
