The Role:
As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by:
1. Making outbound calls and sending emails to potential and existing customers.
2. Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
3. Handling objections professionally and scheduling follow-up meetings.
4. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
5. Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
6. Providing exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.

Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or a customer service role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
