6. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
7. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
9. Work closely with HR to manage employee data and updates.
10. Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
