Were looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our Technical team and play a key role in supporting some of the UKs leading retailers, foodservice customers and business partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects and ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, legality and quality.
What youll be doing
* Acting as the day-to-day technical contact for our customers and manufacturing partners
* Managing customer specifications and supporting the launch of new products
* Providing technical support to National Account Managers and wider business teams
* Coordinating customer visits, audits and follow-up actions
* Managing consumer complaints and supporting investigations and trend analysis
* Ensuring supplier approvals, certifications and technical documentation are maintained
* Supporting ethical sourcing, sustainability and customer compliance requirements
* Working closely with colleagues across Technical, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations
What were looking for
* Experience within a food manufacturing technical, quality or compliance role
* Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing specifications and retailer requirements
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement
Experience working with major retailers and online specification portals would be advantageous.
