As an Administrator working within the Upstream Services Team
5. To provide administrative support to managers, technical staff and other administrative staff at SGS Aberdeen:
6. Laboratory workflow/invoicing administration,
7. Competence & Training administration
8. Dealing with visitors and incoming telephone calls as and when required to provide good customer focus.
9. Assist in management of filing and archiving systems.
10. Prepare and progress purchase orders on the system.
11. Oversee and manage universal form and laboratory sample register invoicing.
12. Assist the finance department to ensure debtors days are reduced.
13. Respond to training enquiries and respond to delegates with joining instructions

14. GCSEs at grade C or above in English and Maths.

15. IT qualification or training

16. Experience of administrative tasks in an office environment
17. Experience within laboratory environment
