Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistants – Independent SEN School (SEMH/Autism)

Hours: 08:30 – 15:45
Positions Available: 10 (Primary & Secondary)
An independent specialist school in Southampton is seeking 10 dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism across both Primary and Secondary settings. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing and therapeutic learning environment.
About the Role:
1. Support students with SEMH and Autism in classroom and 1:1 settings
2. Assist with learning activities, emotional regulation, and behaviour support
3. Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists
4. Promote a safe, inclusive, and structured environment
