Location: Erith. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week).

Programme and Training
You will take part in a structured four-year training programme. You will be trained by experienced colleagues and attend block placements with our college provider.
* Year 1/2: Completion of Level 2 Land Based Service Engineer apprenticeship standard and End Point Assessment (EPA).
* Year 3/4: Completion of Level 3 Land Based Service Engineer Technician apprenticeship standard and End Point Assessment (EPA).
When not in college, you will learn from our seasoned engineers and practice your skills to become a fully qualified engineer by the end of Year 4.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for apprentices who are:
* Ambitious, driven and eager to learn
* Willing to attend block learning placements at other sites and learn both on the job and in classroom settings
* Comfortable being away from home for up to 1 week per month during term time
* Interested in machinery, mechanics and electrics
* Capable of working at height
* Team players who can adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Good communicators
* Able to support the business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver
Qualifications: You must hold a Grade 4 or above in English and Mathematics to be considered. If you obtain the L3 qualification, you will need to complete L2 Functional Skills in English and Mathematics unless you provide GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, which may exempt you. Our college provider will assist if you need to complete them.
