Pay rate: £11.54-£12.98 per hour with weekly pay. Pay rate dependant on experience.

Candidate must be able to drive due to the location of the offices.

Are you confident in building relationships and have excellent communication skills? As an office administrator, you'll provide exceptional support across our business and handle all receptionist duties, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

Part-time Office Administrator - Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Receiving and directing telephone calls, taking messages.
* Working on the reception desk and greet incoming visitors.
* Ordering office supplies when required.
* Assist with various HR tasks as needed.
* Processing internal purchase orders.
* Track staff absences and maintain attendance records.
* Scheduling training and coordinate events.
* Administrative duties to support the team.
* Maintain a clean and tidy reception and office area

Part-time Office Administrator - Skills & Requirements:

* Previous administrative experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
* High attention to detail and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
