The business offers long-term security through multiple frameworks and has a strong team of established and talented Engineers, collaborating to deliver a growing portfolio of projects across the South They are recruiting for a Civil Engineering Design Manager, to proactively engage with their internal operational teams and their suppliers. The main function of this role is to challenge designers, whilst looking for value engineering solutions to provide them and their clients best value, at the same time to ensure buildability is considered at all stages. The Civil Engineering Design Manager can come from a site background, having worked their way up into a management position and with an interest in design or they can be from a design consultancy, having worked at a senior level as a designer or managed small teams.
