Main Responsibilities
* Work alongside the branch team to achieve joint goals in the business plan, involving Private and Corporate Banking Managers when customer needs are identified.
* Prepare facility letters and other account documentation.
* Complete all documentary requirements for lending facilities from credit approval to drawdown, liaising with lawyers and valuers, ensuring all conditions are met prior to drawdown.
* Conduct ongoing and annual account reviews to ensure compliance with bank documentation and standards.
* Manage account administration for new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service and direct contact.
* Coordinate with internal departments (CDD, AML, Legal) to meet regulatory standards.
* Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure high levels of customer service and proper administration.
* Support marketing initiatives and help build long-term relationships with local professionals.
* Assist in general office management, including health and safety, compliance, and administration, supporting the Branch Manager.
Ideal Candidate
