Overview of the role
We are seeking an Global Email & Loyalty Executive to lead and enhance our email marketing and loyalty platforms for our brand, catering to our global customers. This role is dedicated to creating impactful email campaigns and flows that engage audiences, boost store traffic, and drive online sales conversions, while integrating and optimising our loyalty program into our overall digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver solus and automated email marketing campaigns as planned in the marketing activation calendar
* Handle day-to-day operations across online touchpoints (email marketing and loyalty program through YotPo) to ensure effective campaign execution and continuous optimization to achieve KPIs (new member acquisition & retention, engagement, sales, and profitability)
* Oversee the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including campaign setup, scheduling, segmentation, copywriting and A/B testing
* Develop and optimise email templates tailored for various campaigns and audience segments, ensuring brand alignment and seamless user experience
* Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, design, operations, and finance teams to ensure strategic alignment and increase the value of collaboration
* Collaborate with loyalty program provider YotPo to continually optimise the program and drive performance including but not limited to sales, customer acquisition and retention
* Monitor and analyse email campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise performance
* Write conversion-focused copy to boost click-through rates and other key performance metrics such as open rates
Skills & Experience
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in an ecommerce business is essential
* Experience with Klaviyo is essential
* Experience with YotPo loyalty platform is preferred but not essential
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Ability to own and manage email marketing calendars in line with wider marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimise campaign performance
* Creative thinker with exceptional copywriting abilities and a keen eye for detail
* Experience with reporting performance to wider marketing teams
Desirable
* Understanding of how Klaviyo integrates with Recharge subscription app
* SMS marketing
* A passion for the health & wellness / aromatherapy industry
