As an Administrator / Data Administration Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and data support to Product Managers and designers, ensuring product information, samples and documentation are accurately maintained throughout the product lifecycle. The Administrator / Data Administration Assistant will play a key role in coordinating product data, managing deadlines, supporting showroom organisation and assisting with packaging and specification documentation. DUTIES Your duties as the Administrator / Data Administration Assistant include: Product Data Administration: Supporting Product Managers and designers with accurate data entry and ongoing database maintenance Sample Coordination: Administering the product style and material sample process in line with product calendars Showroom Organisation: Assisting with the organisation and setup of products within the on-site showroom, including manual handling tasks Artwork Administration: Managing packaging artwork tasks, maintaining task lists and tracking deadlines Specification Management: Using internal product database systems to supply specification documents to inspectors within published deadlines Proofreading Support: Proofreading product copy and printed materials to ensure accuracy and consistency Team Collaboration: Contributing positively to the Product Department to support internal stakeholders CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in an administrative or data administration role Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word Proven organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach Willingness to learn new systems with training provided An interest in outdoor leisure is desirable but not essential A full driving licence is desirable but not essential HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
