Role and responsibilities: Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) across multiple product categories.
Taking lead on select design projects and collaborating with senior designers.
Creating 2D and 3D assets using tools like SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Adobe Suite.
Developing detailed technical data packs, installation guides, and CMF specifications.
Conducting trend research and assisting in forecasting to guide design decisions.
Experience and expertise: Creative thinker with a strong sense of design history.
Excellent communication and narrative-building skills.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing workload.
Confidence in presenting ideas and taking ownership of projects Bonus points for experience in the home & interiors or KBB industry, or animation skills in KeyShot.
A strong grasp of SolidWorks, KeyShot, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator.
