Job Description Summary
This role requires energy, dynamism, creativity, intelligence and clear communication. As a BDR you are responsible for our lead generation across all our services and technology. This includes, account research, prospect identification, outbound and inbound prospecting and the complete ownership of the education sales cycle.
On a daily basis you will attempt to create a connection with enterprise IT professionals via the phone, email, LinkedIn, and a variety of other creative ways with the goal of starting a conversation around their employee and customer experience struggles & goals as well as how we can help them. This will include articulating our services including our experience education portfolio, our XLA and XMO consulting services and new technology sales.
We are looking for the best people who want to develop their knowledge and hone their skills when it comes to working with a complex but expanding sale within enterprise IT.
Location:
You will be based in a commutable distance from either Gerrards Cross (Buckinghamshire) or Amsterdam (Netherlands) with the expectation of working a minimum of 2 x days a week on site with the rest remote/home .
Responsibilities
This role will own the complete lifecycle for our education portfolio (from prospecting, qualification sales and through to delivery arrangements) and support the sales in our other services. The responsibilities include:
* The complete ownership of sales and delivery arrangements of our education sales.
* Prospecting and qualification for consulting and technology sales (turning suspects to opportunities).
* A strong lead/opportunity pipeline is the key to successful sales and creating qualified opportunities is the main responsibility of the BDR role.
* Outbound prospecting via various channels including phone, email, social, and video.
* Profile and penetrate key accounts targets.
* Prospect for the right opportunities within the agreed target accounts.
* Qualify and convert leads into opportunities (inbound and outbound).
* Create leads/attendees for our campaign and events.
* Be able to intelligently hold employee experience conversations with prospect senior managers.
* Understand the employee experience market and to effectively articulate the value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical buyers.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills
* Good academic track record and/or relevant experience of new business prospecting.
* Previous BDR experience requirement (minimum 9 months).
* Demonstrable track record of achieving targets in sales prospecting (minimum 9 months).
* A Self starter, hard working, results driven individual.
* A strong desire to hunt for new business and make new contacts.
* Fluent in English (Dutch speaking a bonus).
* Dynamic/Energetic and Creative.
* Strong positive mental attitude to understanding and solving problems.
* Competitive
* Ability to grasp opportunities.
* Team Player
* Strong Social Media Skills
* Focused and results driven.
Role Targets:
* Number of qualified leads and opportunities developed.
* Number of new service sales developed from the opportunities.
* Number of education sales developed and closed.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your own portfolio of accounts from Education to Consulting and Technology and manage them from Opportunity to Execution building long lasting relationships with Customers!
Salary, Commission and Compensation:
* The salary for this role will be dependant on experience demonstrated.
* We would expect that this position would be able to generate a salary range of up to £55,000 - £60,000 in salary and OTE but this is an unlimited OTE There is no limit to this roles OTE!
* In addition, we offer 25 days holiday per year and a flexible working arrangement for those people on target.
