As they continue their ambitious growth journey, they are seeking a dynamic Grocery Sales Director to develop commercial strategy, strengthen key retailer partnerships, and drive the development of a highly engaged and high calibre sales team
As Grocery Sales Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the Grocery & Discounter strategy across major UK retailers. You will lead a sales team of c20 and work cross-functionally to drive profitable growth. Retailer Management: Own senior-level relationships with top grocery customers (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi.), Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Account Controllers and Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive CPI execution, promotional effectiveness, and revenue management to maximise profitability.
Senior commercial experience in FMCG, ideally in a Grocery Sales Director, Controller, or Head of Sales role.
Proven track record of large P&L ownership, revenue growth, and category leadership within a top-tier FMCG business.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
Excellent analytical skills, with experience in revenue management, trade investment, and pricing strategies.
