The shifts & Pay: Monday to Friday; 05:30 am to 2:15 pm Pay rate; £19.55 per hour - PAYE Immediate start date 🔧 Key Responsibilities: - Prepare paint spraying equipment daily to ensure readiness and reliability. - Mix paints to the correct colour and consistency following the mixing matrix. - Apply primers, colours, and effect coats with the correct film build as per the application matrix. - Maintain and clean equipment to guarantee consistent performance. - Store paints in the correct conditions to support the paint kitchen. - Follow detailed work instructions for painting vehicles to the highest standards. - Ensure all operations are completed within required timescales and quality standards. - Work collaboratively to solve problems affecting quality, cost, or productivity. - Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and efficiency. - Adhere to company standards and contribute to strengthening the automotive brand. ✅ What We're Looking For: - Experience as a Paint Sprayer in the automotive industry (preferred). - Strong attention t...
