Job Title: Inspect and Collect Driver Department: Woodside Motorfreight Responsible to: Director / Line Manager / Driver Trainer Location: Ballynure Shifts available: Monday - Friday - starting 7am Who are we? We have an exciting opportunity for a Inspect and Collect driver to join our specialist Motorfreight division operating from our Ballynure Head Office, serving the motor industry, including manufacturers, dealer networks, auction houses and end users throughout the UK & Ireland. The Role and Responsibilities: To ensure all paperwork and electronic documentation is completed accurately, including additional vehicle condition reports, signed by the relevant parties in the appropriate places, and submitted where necessary, this will also include the use and management of a handheld electronic device. You will inspect thoroughly all vehicles for damage, wear and tear, mileage and shortages, and make notations on the relevant paperwork. You will then ensure that damage is countersigned by the contact person at the collection point. You may on occasion be required to prepare demonstration vehicles for delivery to customers. This will include washing the exterior of vehicles, cleaning the interior, and fuelling if required.
