Due to continued success and growth, they are now seeking to recruit 2x Manual Machinsts based in Stroud. The appropriate candidate would be responsible for assembly and test of high precision components and associated parts for oil and gas sector useTwo sections to the business, the subsea section which design valves, actuators, filters and a dryer section which design bespoke air filters.Job role:As an experienced Manual Machinist Lathe expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manual lathe machines to produce precision parts for various projects. The machinist will work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions to fabricate parts, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time delivery.This role provides the business with the skills to set up and operate manual lathes and other machines in line with the delivery requirements of the business, ensuring that products are produced efficiently; that they are of the right quality, quantity, and cost; and that they are produced on time in line with the required production output for the defined cell.Package/hours:Double days and salary £13.50 per hour plus shift allowance of £7705.54 = £34,030Double days – 6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm Mon to Thurs, 5.50 hours on Friday25 days + banks5-7% pension planMedical care schemeAnnual bonus schemeFor more information, please contact Grady Izatt on or email a CV to .
