We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for an Insurance Officer to join their team on an interim basis. The contract will initially be on a fully remote basis for one month, however this may be extended.
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of circa. £Supporting with the management of a property and liability focused claims caseload
Investigating the merit of liability claims and summarising findings for the department
Maintaining and updating the Group’s Claims Register
Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks, including document drafting and file management
Experience required in Social Housing/Insurance
Experience working with customers within housing
Fully remote working
Flexible working days
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible)
