Job Title: Residential Support Worker (Qualified & Unqualified)
Location: Burnley (BB10 area)
Working Hours: 2 on / 4 off rolling rota
Hourly Rate: £13.00
Number of Sleeps Required: On average, 1-2 per week
Pay Per Sleep: £65 per sleep
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Low-Level EBD
Qualifications Required: None for unqualified role; Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent for qualified role
Experience in Years Required: 0-1 year minimum
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

* Ratio of Staff to Children: 1:1
