Receptionist | New Role TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established professional services firm seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join their support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable individual who enjoys delivering excellent client care in a professional office environment. The Role Client Care Handle all incoming telephone calls, transferring to the appropriate person, taking detailed messages, or dealing with general enquiries. Act as the first point of contact for clients visiting the office. Welcome visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and provide refreshments. Monitor general enquiries and shared inboxes. Maintain a clean, professional reception area, meeting rooms, and entrance. Post Management Open and organise incoming post each morning for review and distribution. Prepare outgoing post with correct envelopes and postage. Arrange daily postal collections and book couriers when required. Archiving Prepare client files for archiving, including completing closing forms. Update and maintain the archived database. Arrange off-site storage of files. Process archived file retrieval requests efficiently. Log Deeds Packs and Wills into relevant databases and arrange storage.
