Working 5 days a week on site, you’ll be at the centre of our growth journey – improving forecasting, optimising inventory, streamlining production, and embedding sustainability and quality at every stage of the process. The responsibilities. As Supply Chain and Planning Manager, you will: Own and implement our supply chain strategy aligned with company vision Manage short- and medium-term planning via our S&OP process Lead procurement across raw materials and packaging Oversee ERP use and drive digital transformation of our systems Optimise inventory levels to reduce waste and support fulfilment Collaborate with production teams to ensure agile scheduling Coordinate logistics and on-time deliveries Ensure food safety, legality, and supplier compliance Mitigate risks and maintain business continuity planning Lead and develop your team (Procurement Lead, Supply Chain Assistant, Data Analyst) The skillset. 5 years in supply chain management in food or drink manufacturing Strong experience in planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory ERP systems knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Strong decision-making under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of high-care manufacturing environments and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (desirable) The person.
