A welcoming and supportive primary school located south of Salisbury is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Teacher to join their team from September on a maternity cover contract.
The school is currently flexible regarding year group placement and welcomes applications from both KS1 and KS2 teachers. This role would suit someone who is confident, versatile, and passionate about supporting pupils as they begin a new academic year.
The Role
* Full teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation, and marking
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that support pupil progress
* Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership teams
* Adapt confidently to either KS1 or KS2 depending on school needs
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Has experience teaching within a UK primary setting
* Is flexible, proactive, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
* Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
* Is passionate about helping children thrive academically and personally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
