Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Basic Pay Rate: £25,000 p.a.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Full-time, Permanent)
Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm
Role Overview
Pertemps are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Customer Service Advisor to join a national provider of janitorial and catering supplies to a range of sectors, based in the Fareham area.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our clients and warehouse team alike.
- Onboarding of new accounts.
- Initiating, managing and checking key tasks relating to new and existing clients.
- Making outbound telephone calls to clients ensuring satisfaction.
- Receiving inbound telephone calls from clients and dealing with any issues.
- Taking client orders across various supply areas.
- Ensure client record files are updated on the CRM system.
- Ensuring clients receive the best service from suppliers.
- Using our stock and order system to fulfil orders.
