Croydon Health Service 0‑19 Public Health Nursing service is on a transformation journey. At its heart is improving outcomes for babies, children and families. This role is integral to improving quality and raising standards across the service, impacting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate and coordinate improvements across the 0‑19 Public Health Nursing Service, affecting patient care and service delivery.
* Focus on the development of strong internal communications and innovations that enable staff to feel informed, engaged and empowered to deliver Quality Improvement, supporting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and inclusivity.

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provides hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. The Trust was formed on 1 August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.
