Deputy Manager – Hurst Park Court, Liverpool

Salary: £35,000 per annum | Full-time: 42 hours per week

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join the team at Hurst Park Court, Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader in care to bring expertise, commitment, and vision to a well-established service.

The Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. You will:

1. Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated care team.
2. Ensure excellence in person-centred care delivery.
3. Drive quality improvements and regulatory compliance.
4. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
5. Work closely with the Home Manager to maintain operational excellence.

10. A strong background in elderly care management.

Hurst Park Court in Huyton is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 41 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
