Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to join one of our dedicated Children In Our Care teams. Redcar & Cleveland currently have 2 positions available: one 37 hours and the other 30 hours. Key responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of looked after children who may be in foster care, residential homes, or family and friends arrangements.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with children in care, their families and carers.
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to support families.
* Complete assessments, review and progress care plans, and support placements for vulnerable children and young people.
* Put the needs of children, their families and carers at the centre of all work.
Who this role is for
Experienced and dynamic Social Worker with a passion for working with Children in Care and a collaborative approach.
