Countrywide have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join us in our highly profitable Dorset area to continue to drive business forward.
As an Area Manager, you will lead and oversee management of all Sales branches and colleagues within your area. You will work to meet and exceed performance and financial targets set, and you will drive engagement and collaboration among your teams.
Your role will involve:
Driving exceptional performance through all Estate Agency KPIs including Countrywide Conveyancing Services and Mortgage Services.
Coaching, developing and effectively manage all employees to ensure that performance is optimised across all KPIs
Ensuring employee engagement is maximised through action planning, pro-active recruitment, minimising attrition and driving retention of your teams
Managing, monitoring and reporting on the region’s performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the area’s P&L and against set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targets
Take appropriate action with branches trading at a loss or below budget
Grow market share significantly by adopting pro-active working processes and identifying business growth opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record in driving a highly successful estate agency business
The drive, desire and determination to want to succeed
Demonstrable experience of building and leading high performing teams in fast paced and demanding environments
Proven ability to influence, shape and lead change
Inspirational leadership ability, with approachability and humility
High levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure
