About this Role
Are you a Service Controller, Service Coordinator or someone with contact centre or service centre experience looking for a new challenge within the EMC sector. As a Service Controller based in Brighouse, you will play a key role in coordinating workshop, mobile engineer and third-party repair activity to ensure maintenance and breakdown services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
You will be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping to keep communication clear, accurate and timely across all service activity.
* Coordinate daily workshop, mobile and third-party repair activity across a busy EMC service operation
* Act as first point of contact for inbound and outbound service calls and customer updates
* Schedule, track and support maintenance, inspection and breakdown work based on operational needs
* Maintain accurate service records and keep maintenance systems updated in real time
* Monitor job progress and escalate any delays, risks or additional requirements where needed
About You
You are organised, calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast paced service or contact centre environment. You enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
You bring a positive approach to administration and communication and are confident working across multiple priorities.
* Experience in a contact centre, service centre or similar customer focused environment
* Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
* Good administrative ability with attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to manage competing priorities and stay organised in a busy environment
* Comfortable using systems and updating information accurately
