What the Job Involves This role involves managing a complex caseload of children, families, and carers, implementing systemic social work interventions to inspire change, and ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children. You will lead assessments, develop care plans, and oversee professional judgments within legal and policy frameworks. Collaborate with partner agencies to safeguard children, represent the Council in legal settings, and contribute to service development.
