Ownership for Planning and Forecasting
Ownership for the planning and forecasting of assigned categories and ensuring stock holding is in line with agreed targets, WSSI management, and escalation of issues to management.
Critical Path Management
You will take ownership of the Critical path for your area to ensure that the stock arrives in time for launch, proactively seeking solutions for any issues that may arise. You will work closely with logistics and the warehouse team to ensure a smooth transition of stock from supplier to site.
Product Performance
Review and monitor daily/weekly sales proactively, making trading decisions such as rebuys, markdowns, and promotional plans. Work closely with other functions across the business to implement trading actions such as buying and marketing.
Range Plans
You will work with our buying and design team to range build and sign off new collections that are commercial and on brand.
Team Support
You will report directly into the Senior Merchandiser and deputize for them in their absence. You will manage a team of Assistant Merchandisers and Merch Admins, mentoring and providing support to ensure they deliver on daily tasks.

A Bit About You
* Ideally, you will have worked in a fast fashion business or similar.
* You'll enjoy the energy of a high-volume environment.
* You'll be organized with sharp attention to detail.
* You'll be analytical, with the ability to solve problems quickly.
* You'll have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
