* Review completed jobs for compliance and completeness, liaising with engineers to gather missing information.
* Address issues proactively, communicating with customers and escalating problems as needed.
* Provide excellent customer service by following up post-appointment to ensure quality standards.
* Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including managing phone lines and administrative duties.
* Escalate and report issues appropriately.
* Utilize proficient IT skills, including email, web chat, and spreadsheets.
* Maintain great attention to detail in all tasks.
