Base pay range
We are looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Residential Property team in Kingsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience who is keen to develop their career within a supportive and well-established firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision
* Assisting with sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* Drafting contracts, title reports and standard conveyancing documentation
* Ordering and reviewing searches and raising enquiries
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
* Maintaining files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Supporting fee earners with general conveyancing and administrative tasks
About You
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
* Paralegal experience preferred, but strong conveyancing assistants will be considered
* Good knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive and client-focused approach
