Sheridan Maine is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a highly regarded and growing practice in Kensington. This is a client-facing and strategic role, ideal for someone who enjoys both technical tax work and leading others.
Key responsibilities
1. Manage and oversee the delivery of personal and corporate tax services to a portfolio of clients.
2. Provide expert tax planning and advisory services tailored to individual and business needs.
3. Supervise and support junior tax team members, including workflow management and development.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted adviser.
5. Keep up to date with changes in UK tax legislation and ensure compliance.
6. Review complex tax computations and filings prepared by the team.
7. Work closely with partners to identify business development opportunities.
What we’re looking for
* CTA and/or ACA qualified with substantial post-qualification experience.
* A strong technical grounding in both personal and corporate tax.
* Proven experience managing client relationships and complex tax issues.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to the firm’s growth.
* A high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
