This is an exciting opportunity to become the voice of our brand, engaging with our online community, responding to customer queries, and helping us build meaningful relationships with our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and responding to customer queries across social media and online platforms
* Engaging with our growing community in a friendly, brand-consistent tone
* Working closely with our Customer Service team to resolve queries efficiently
* Supporting marketing and community initiatives to drive engagement
* Gathering valuable feedback and insights from our community
What we’re looking for:
* 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, social media, or community engagement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, empathetic, and organised approach
* Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and building relationships
