We’re proud to be partnering with a highly successful, multi-award-winning business that are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive, forward-thinking company where you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. From handling administration and coordinating processes to supporting wider business functions, you’ll be central to ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the operation.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with data protection

· Ensure referrals are processed in line with policies

· Preparing training resources and collating feedback

· Serving as the first point of contact for clients and external parties

· Maintain an up-to-date diary for the team

· Ensure accurate messages are taken for the team and delivered in a timely manner

· Prepare and distribute documentation, including letters and reports

· Following and championing processes and procedures

· Supporting with the recruitment process, including DBS checks

· Ensure all referral information and notes are updated in the bespoke CRM system

· Handle payments

Requirements:

· Be a team player

· Be confident in development/improving systems

· Be passionate and empathetic

· Be confident in professionally challenging the way things are done and influence to enable effective change

· Excellent interpersonal skills
