SEN Teaching Assistant

£445 - £500 per week
ASAP Start - Temporary or permanent positions available

The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with classroom teachers to support children with Autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties. No two days will be the same -you’ll have the opportunity to work 1:1 with pupils as well as supporting small groups, helping every child to thrive and reach their full potential.
Part of your role may also include providing personal care. You’ll play a key role in making sure each child feels safe, cared for, and empowered to learn.
The School
With so many SEN students within mainstream schools, you will be supporting within SEN provisions, smaller groups or on a 1:1 within a primary setting in and around the Kettering area.
You will have the opportunity to support a range of students who require additional support.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this SEN Teaching Assistant position are:
