Our client is seeking a Mould Shop Repairer to join their team in Rotherham, where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of mould equipment essential to production. What You'll Be Doing: Repairing mould equipment to precise specifications, including: Mould cavities Blank cavities Neck ring and baffle matching Modifying equipment to improve production efficiency Recording all repair work accurately Ensuring a continuous supply of equipment for production Locating and retrieving mould equipment from storage and factory areas Reading and interpreting technical drawings Communicating effectively with the Mould Shop Manager Blasting mould and neck equipment as required Providing correct spare equipment for machines Supporting General Operatives when needed Covering during holidays and sickness Performing other reasonable duties within your skill setSkills & Experience: Previous Toolroom experience (e.g. bench fitting) Apprenticeship trained in Toolroom work (preferred) FLT licence (desirable)Personal Attributes: Motivated, professional, and results-driven Strong attention to detail Able to prioritise and make decisions under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Logical thinker with basic problem-solving ability Open to change and continuous improvement 'Can Do' attitude and willingness to take ownership Passionate about health and safety in the workplace Inclusive and collaborative team playerYou'll be part of a supportive team where your skills are valued and your contributions make a real impact.
