About the role: Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base. We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Runcorn. Our client is a 10 year old boy who has autism and challenging behaviour. You will be supporting him in his family home during the evenings, working alongside another Support Worker for all your shifts (2:1 care). When you will be working: Term time: 3 x evenings a week, 5pm-7pm to start with but likely to increase to 5pm-8pm / 9pm (11 hours a week total) Non term time: hours increase to 28 hours a week In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
