Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 2
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Salary: £15.97 per hour

We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This role offers flexible shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, and it’s important to note that this is a year-round position, as we operate throughout the year.

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
In this rewarding position, you will:
* Meet each child’s individual needs, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child's unique learning and development.
* Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS: Desirable
