We're seeking a Sustainability & Compliance Coordinator to champion environmental and energy performance at the site level, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards. This role is perfect for someone who combines a passion for sustainability with strong data analysis skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll play a key role in reducing environmental impact, driving energy efficiency, and advancing initiatives that align with our wider corporate ESG strategy. As a key player in shaping and delivering the site's sustainability agenda, your work will contribute directly to measurable improvements in performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term environmental impact. JOB DUTIES: - Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 standards and lead site audits. - Develop and maintain the site's Sustainability Roadmap to drive measurable improvements. - Lead sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental impact. - Manage and analyse sustainability data including energy use, and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) metrics. - Support internal engagement through sustainability programs and initiatives. - Collaborate with teams across the business to integrate sustainability into daily operations. - Coordinate sustainability submissions, including Ecovadis, customer tenders, and ESG reports. - Identify and drive areas for improvement in sustainability and compliance practices. - Ownership of the site's waste management process including reporting and driving improvements. - Support HSES tactical and operational activities to ensure compliance and efficiency within budget constraints. YOU MUST HAVE: - Familiarity with sustainability topics, the circular economy, and reporting frameworks. - Knowledge of carbon management and reduction in a business environment. - Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 standards. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach. - Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and drive solutions. - Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
