WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

o Previous food preparation and customer service experience is essential.
* You have an interest & knowledge in food and are passionate that food is served at the highest quality at all times providing customers with an excellent experience.
* Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
* Ability to prioritise work in an extremely fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work in other areas within Kitchen, Restaurant and dish wash.
* Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
*
o Working throughout the Kitchen preparing and serving delicious meals, operating tills, maintaining a spotless dining area, and working behind the scenes with kitchen equipment like dishwashers, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.
* Ensure our food range is consistently stocked and beautifully presented for every customer.
* Create layout plans that bring new menu ranges to life and enhance the customer experience.
* Use digital tools to set production volumes for both hot and cold dishes in our customer and staff restaurants.
* Track food waste digitally, set team goals, and drive smart actions to reduce waste and boost sustainability.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
