About the Role
As a SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver tailored, differentiated lessons to meet diverse learning needs
Support pupils with EHCPs, ASD, ADHD, and additional needs
Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Use innovative strategies to engage, motivate, and inspire learners
Monitor progress closely and adapt teaching to maximise outcomes
Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and parents
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in SEN / SEND education (primary or secondary)
A qualified teacher with QTS (preferred, but not essential)
Skilled in behaviour management and differentiation
Patient, empathetic, and resilient
A strong team player with a genuine passion for inclusive education
Confident supporting pupils with complex needs and varying abilities
