Job Description:
* Monday to Friday 8am -5pm (weekends may be required as and when needed to cover staff).
* Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
* Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong focus on administrative tasks.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Previous clerical experience is preferred. Those with administration duties in manufacturing or coldstore will have an advantage.
