Position
Senior Healthcare Support Worker in a 20 bedded inpatient rehab ward at Girvan Community Hospital.
What you will do
Applicants should be motivated and self‑driven with a commitment to support healthcare professionals to deliver a high quality of person centred care within a rehabilitation / community team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills are essential as is the ability to have a proven caring and empathetic approach. A flexible approach to shift patterns is required.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required
* Previous experience within healthcare/care.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Hours and contract
Working Monday to Sunday. Shifts include day shift 0700‑1930 and night shift 1900‑0730.
