Group Reporting Specialist - £80,000 - £90,000
We're looking for a Group Reporting Specialist to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial information across the business. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work at Group level in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Group's financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Prepare reporting schedules and guidance for business units.
* Support statutory accounts preparation and coordinate with auditors.
* Partner with colleagues on M&A activity, non-routine transactions, and corporate simplification projects.
* Drive improvements in reporting, controls, and financial processes.
About You
We're seeking someone who brings:
* An ACA candidate with strong post-qualification Group Reporting experience.
* Solid technical accounting knowledge with a focus on controls and continuous improvement.
* The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with and influence senior stakeholders.
* Experience with large ERP systems (Oracle desirable but not essential).
