About the Role
We are looking for proactive and detail-focused Customer Service Officers to join our collaborative team at Cabrini Health. Working across our switchboard, concierge and reception operations, you'll benefit from the variety our hospital offers every day. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a healthcare leader and a highly experienced team, all within a secure and supportive organisation.
Casual shifts are available from Mon-Sun 6AM-11PM throughout the week.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing exceptional customer service to staff, patients, visitors which may include:
7. Answering and redirecting incoming calls through our switchboard system
8. Concierge duties - greeting patients and visitors at the main hospital entrance and assisting them as required
9. Responding to emergency calls in a timely manner and accurately transmitting messages via the relevant system
10. Giving directions in accordance with our way-finding procedure
11. Booking of taxis and couriers as requested
12. Assisting with general enquiries
13. Clerical and administration assistance including data entry, filing, sorting
What We're Looking For
14. Experience in a similar role delivering a high level of customer service
15. Experience operating directory software including messages, Durapage paging system, call centre software, TTY telephone and public address systems (desirable)
16. Professional demeanour and phone manner
17. Sound technology skills (MS Office and ability to learn new software with ease)
18. Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
19. Great attention to detail and strong time management abilities
20. A team player who embraces new challenges with a positive outlook
