What the day will look like
Commercial Risk Solutions is currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Client Service Advisor to join our lively Global Division. Reporting to the Client Service Executive, the Client Service Advisor will be responsible for client servicing of a range of Global Inward accounts, with an ability to work as part of a team.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Leading a portfolio of varied global inward businesses within a busy and proactive broking environment
* Handling clients’ renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, dealing with general day-to-day client and carrier queries, and administrative duties pertaining to same
* Providing support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claims
* Providing assistance as required to colleagues across a range of general lines products
* Reviewing policy wording
* Building strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and network colleagues through the delivery of a market-leading service
* Securing and retaining clients by providing excellent service
* Assisting the Global team and other Aon colleagues to continually deliver excellent service
* Participation in sales initiatives to target new clients
* Expanding and sharing knowledge and capabilities
* Maintaining the highest standards of compliance and adherence to broking best practices
* Aligning with all management audit requirements
* Other duties as required by the business

Skills and experience that will lead to success
The ideal candidate will have:
* Relevant broking experience
* Ongoing compliance with minimum competency requirements laid down by the Central Bank, including:
o Being CIP qualified (minimum), with progress toward ACII desirable
o Meeting the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards
o Providing evidence of CPD hours (minimum 2 years)
* A desire to improve knowledge across a range of General insurance products
* Effective communication skills with clients, insurers, and colleagues
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
* A strong team orientation with the ability to work independently
* Ability to prioritize workload and achieve objectives
* Strong customer focus and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
